What's the difference between our Signature Basic Collection, Beyond Basic Collection, Beyond Basic Luxe Collection and Instant Beauty Collection nail sets?

There are a wide selection of ready-to-ship press on nail sets to choose from in some of our most popular designs. (Ready to Ship within 1-3 Business Days)
How do I know what size to order for Handcrafted made to order sets?
- Our handcrafted made to order nail sets of 10 comes in sizes Small, Medium or Large. Nail sizes are listed in order of Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring and Pinky.
- Small: 2, 6, 5, 7, 8
- Medium: 1, 5, 4, 6, 7
- Large: 0, 4, 3, 5, 6
- If you are not sure about your size, you can order a set of 20 nails, which include sizes 0-9 (2 of each; with 0 being the largest and 9 the smallest)
What type of nail adhesive shall I use and how long does it last?
- Nail Glue- Can stay on for up to 1-2 weeks. Make sure to follow the correct nail prep process to insure long lasting wear.
- Nail Adhesive Tabs- Can stay on for up to 1-2 days. It's the perfect way to wear it temporarily and easy to remove/ reusable!
- Nail Glue and Nail Adhesive Tabs Combo- Follow nail prep steps and apply nail tabs. Then apply nail glue over the tabs or the back of the press on nail before applying to your nail pressing and holding for a few seconds. This dual adhesion combo allows longer wear time.
Are your nails reusable?
Yes! All of our press-on nails are reusable with proper care, wear and removal. If you prefer nail glue, we would recommend purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file so you can gently buff away and clean up any built up glue on the back of the press on nails before reusing.
My press on nails won't stay on and keep popping off. What can I do?
Proper preparation to your natural nails before applying press-on nails is essential! Make sure to file/cut your nails short, push your cuticles back and buff the nail bed with buffer. Clean your natural nails thoroughly with alcohol wipes to make sure there's no dust/oil on your natural nail bed. Once you have properly prepped your natural nails, apply your press-on nails (pressing and holding for at least 30 seconds) and avoid water contact for at least 2-3 hours. It's important to avoid water contact until the glue is completely dried.
What comes with my nail purchase?
Each order comes with a full nail application kit containing everything you need for easy application of your press-on nails (nail glue, nail file, adhesive tabs, cuticle pusher, buffing block, alcohol pads and nail application instructions).
One prep kit is included in every 2 sets (not "every set" you've ordered- see below for the break down). If you need additional nail application kits, you may purchase them separately from our store.

What's your process time?
All nails are 100% custom, made to order (except for our Instant Beauty Collection which are ready-to-ship sets and our nail accessories)
Ready to ship items: 1-3 Business Days
Made to Order nail sets: 5-7 Business Days (Please note this is only an estimated time, it can be changed due to current workload. Please be aware that your order may be shipped sooner but can certainly take longer as well.)
What's your shipping time?
We ship all orders with USPS and ship from Jacksonville, FL. *Please note that the processing time does NOT include shipping time. Again, current processing time for all made to order sets is 5-7 Business Days. We cannot guarantee actual delivery date because once we ship your orders, it's out of our hands and handled by the shipping carrier.
US First Class Mail- 1-5 days
US Priority Mail- 1-3 days
LOST PACKAGE: Beyond Basic Beauty, LLC is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages once we have shipped them. You can inquire about your package with your local post office.
Cancellations & Returns?
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Please be sure to order the right size. We will not be responsible if the wrong size nails are ordered.
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons we do not offer returns unless the incorrect items have been sent.

If I purchase Ready-to-ship sets and Made to order sets together, do they ship together?
We do ship all orders together. Please order any Ready-to-ship sets separately if you want to receive it faster than Made to order sets.
